When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Purchases made via Own Art
If you apply for a loan via Own Art, your personal details may be stored and used by Own Art, and Hitachi Personal finance, the loan provider for Own Art. As detailed in the previous section, your details will also be stored on our purchase records, and can be removed upon request.
Please note that we can only remove data stored by us regarding Own Art purchases. We cannot access, remove or amend data held by Own Art or Hitachi Personal Finance, and requests to view or remove this data should be made to the relevant party.
How we use customer data
Postal addresses on purchase records may be used to contact you about upcoming exhibitions you may be interested in. You can opt out of this by contacting us.
