ANNE MORTIMER RMS SBA

Anne has been a professional artist and illustrator for over 30 years and still finds the excitement of creating a new piece of artwork as fresh today as when she was studying Natural History Illustration at Dyfed College of Art, Wales.

Anne is well known for her illustrations of cats. During the 1980’s she also published books including the well loved and celebrated Christmas Mouse and The Owl and the Pussycat. Anne has focused her work over the last 15 years on illustrations. They have been used by many companies under licence including: Wedgwood, Danbury Mint, WH Smith, Marks & Spencer, RSPB, Otter House, Publications Children’s books Published by Harper Collins USA , Disney USA, Templar UK Exhibitors. Bonhams London, Society of Illustrators U.S.A, Royal Miniature Society (R.M.S.)

Anne has been given full membership to the Society of Botanical Artists (SBA). She was awarded an honorable mention for her work in 1987 by the Royal Miniature Society.
