KEELEY TRAAE

Each of Keeley Traae’s designs begins with a pencil sketch followed by the creation of a digital 3D surface which is then printed in her studio. She uses biodegradable PLA which is short for Polylactic Acid, a thermoplastic polymer that is derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch, potato starch, or sugar cane.

The nature of the process and materials makes each piece truly unique with striations and marks adding individuality.

Due to the biodegradable nature of the materials, the objects are not waterproof, but dried flowers look beautiful.
